Inside Leata-Mae's Home Birth Box:

  • Towels
  • Old Sheets
  • Washcloths
  • Plastic for the floor
  • Incontinence pads (aka Chux Pads)
  • Mirror
  • Hot water bottle (in a soft cover)
  • Warm compresses
  • Honey straws / Honey sticks
  • Crystals (Moss Agate, Carnelian, Rose Quartz, and Selenite Crystal)
  • Essential Oils (Lavender, Women's Balance Blend, Clary Sage*, Peace Blend)**
*only use at end of pregnancy as you're going into labor
  • Vitamin E Oil
  • Peri Bottle
  • Nappies (aka absorbent underwear, like Depends)
  • Pads
  • Postpartum underwear
  • Baby's first outfit
  • Some outfits for herself

That's all for now, though Leata-Mae says she adds to it nearly everyday, thinking of some other thing that may be useful.
